The app is preoccupied with the internet connection. When it decides that the connection is gone, it quits working. This happens half of the time when you access the app, even though the connection is fine. Even when the app opens OK, it commonly loses all my booked shows. When you uninstall it and reinstall, the shows may come back. What a disrespect for the Festival customers!

In theory great, in practice it cost me money because it didn't deliver tickets I'd bought to me in time for a show and I had to buy more tickets at the venue box office. No refund given!!! Needs to integrate favourites, shows with tickets bought and the map facility much more seamlessly. Paying for tickets on the go far too much of a rigmarole, surely integration with Google / Apple pay isn't too much of an ask?

Edit after using a bit: Lags when searching - almost like it's setting up to do your query. Also needs a filter option to find shows which still have tickets available / hide sold out shows. The team have updated the app - it's no longer the monstrosity that garnered the old reviews! Personally I'd have made a new listing as I didn't bother downloading it until I saw someone using the new, improved version! I can filter by date, time, genre etc. All of the functionality now exits.
