The tech team is amazing! They are very helpful. Changed from 5 star to 1 star. I just put in a new loan. It let me set the interest, the number of months and then it's making the payments for me. It's not letting me change the amount I pay (for when I make a payment that's larger than the actual amount) or the date the payment is made (for when I make a payment early).

I really like the app, it's intuitive and easy to use, doesn't lack any feature. The customer support is amazing but problem is that after sometime it shows wrong data in it's reports and dashboard, like overdue payment, revenue and profit data. I have to analyse and currect data from customer support time to time. I think team has to work a lot to improve the app.

Misleading trial and restricted features. The app shows a 7-day free trial, but basic features are not accessible without payment. Even after contacting support, they deny the free trial. This is confusing and misleading. Please be transparent about pricing and access.
