The tech team is amazing! They are very helpful. Changed from 5 star to 1 star. I just put in a new loan. It let me set the interest, the number of months and then it's making the payments for me. It's not letting me change the amount I pay (for when I make a payment that's larger than the actual amount) or the date the payment is made (for when I make a payment early).

I really like the app, it's intuitive and easy to use, doesn't lack any feature. The problem is that it shows wrong data in it's reports and dashboard, like overdue payment, Loan book, revenue and profit data. I have contacted multiple times customer and currect from them but after some times it shows incorrect data. Currently I am using this app for collection only, I think team has to work a lot to improve the app.

It's a great app for loan management. I have been using this app for more than 2 years. It makes my job easier on emi calculation, scheduling and reminder of the collection. It can generate a report of profit monthly and yearly. The debt collection is very easy using this app.
