I lost two different orders because I redeemed them on the website when I pulled in to the parking lot because it gave me an option to redeem... Timber said that they had to press the button on my phone so then my points were started two different times and then I saved all the way up to get $200 off of my order and I made sure not to redeem it before I went inside... They couldn't even figure out how to redeem it and when they did they ended up doing it on their computer...

Always quick and doesn't lag. Have only ordered online a couple of times but what's on the web page is usually right. Never have had a problem with Timber! Great place, great prices, and don't forget great products.
