timeacle assigns each customer a unique ticket or appointment number based on the order of booking. It's always clear who is next and when. The timeacle app informs you about your call-up and all related activities.

Ratings and reviews

Worked pretty well for letting me scan my ticket while waiting to see how many were in the queue in front of me and give me an estimated time. I did not try creating a new ticket away from the business. It does require you to create an account if you want to create a ticket thru the app but it will scan your ticket without an account. Several of the pages and buttons seem to be referencing German locations and German language.

I booked my slot for my sick child's appointment immediately when the booking opened. I was told i had to verify my email to finish my booking. I guess the app logged me out at some point. A few minutes later the email arrived sorted as "promotions" in Gmail, and when i verified my email i was informed my ticket couldn't be booked, and the queue was now closed! So now my sick child isn't seeing their doctor.

What a joke on the day of my appointment it tells me that the delay has moved my appointment past the business hours when my appointment was for 11 in the morning I got no notification no nothing and drove 20 miles and now the app says my email is not verified and will not let me log in
