About this app

TimeAgent is a time management app that plans your entire journey—from the moment you start getting ready to your departure, travel, and arrival—all at once to ensure you don't miss appointments.

Check your schedule for the day on the home screen, and when you enter the appointment time, location, mode of transportation, and preparation actions, the app calculates the time required. While in progress, it first displays the actions you need to do now and the remaining time; if you are running late, it suggests the next action and a revised estimated arrival time. Changes are reflected only when the user confirms and applies them.

Background location is used only when the user manually enables it on the travel guidance screen. It updates the next travel action and estimated arrival time every 25 meters or 15 seconds, and is not used for advertising or sales purposes. Tracking stops and the location history for that movement session is deleted when the user turns off guidance or arrives at the destination.

TimeAgent's suggestions can be accepted or rejected at any time.
