Completely stopped working, claiming I'm using a rooted or jailbroken phone, which I'm not. This is basically going to block me from clocking in and out at work and cause me more work for timecards. Edit: support reached out to me very promptly. They figured out the issue was due to me having developer mode on for my phone. They advised me it needs to be turned off with no other solution but to use the web browser. This is still a flaw in the app that needs to be addressed and fixed

TCP Software has put out a new version release 1.38.9 that includes a fix to resolve the rooted or jailbroken device issues you were experiencing. Beyond ridiculous doesn't even begin to describe this worthless app. It's to the point now that I have to uninstall and reinstall 3 or 4 times a week to get it to work. And for me, it has to work. I don't have a choice since they forced us into this app. The old one worked perfectly fine. Maybe your devs can collaborate with whoever made the last app. It had minor bugs, but nothing like this abomination. Every time I have to redownload I wind up clocking in late. I'm gonna bill you for my leave.

This is the second time since my employer switched to this app that I've had major issues with it. First time, I did all the prompts to clock back in from a break, but when I checked back, it hadn't actually clocked me in. Second time, which was during my overnight shift last night, I was able to clock in, but then the app completely wouldn't cooperate. I wasn’t able to clock out for lunch, and when I went to clock out and go home several hours later, the app was STILL down!
