About this app

Your phone is the speaker's screen.

TimedFlow is a stage timer and countdown timer built for the person who is actually talking. Speaker Mode fills the screen with one clock you can read mid-sentence, with three controls and color instead of words: green to keep going, amber to wrap up, red when you are over time.

SPEAKER MODE
• One-handed and glanceable, with just three controls
• Color-coded state, so you never have to read the clock aloud in your head
• A haptic tap confirms every action without looking down

54 TEMPLATES THAT WORK OFFLINE
• Conference talk, TED-style 18, Sunday service, podcast recording, wedding ceremony, stand-up, Pomodoro, HIIT and Tabata intervals, exams, debates, pitches and more
• Open the app, tap a template, start. No account needed

ROOMS AND RUNDOWNS
• Sign in to run the same rooms as the TimedFlow web app and Chrome extension
• Build a run of show by hand, with AI or from a CSV
• Start, pause and skip, add or remove a minute without stopping the clock, and send a message to the stage screen
• Point a laptop, tablet or venue display at the room to show the big clock

MADE FOR
Conference producers and stage managers, speakers and trainers, churches and worship teams, podcasters and streamers, meeting hosts, teachers, coaches and anyone who has gone over time because they could not see the clock.

The app is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.

TimedFlow Pro is optional and unlocks unlimited rooms, unlimited timers per room and more connected screens. It is an auto-renewing subscription that you can manage or cancel in Google Play.
