Work, Work, Work Time Management
A calendar app that visualizes how you use your time and creates a "just right day" with AI.
More than just a simple scheduler, it's a calendar that shows how you use your time.
Work, Work, Work Time Management is a schedule app with a "time portfolio" for busy office workers and students, as well as those who tend to forget appointments or have to-dos pile up. It visualizes your work-life balance by day, week, and month.
◆ 1. Easy-to-read monthly calendar
• Sundays are red and Saturdays are blue, matching the Japanese calendar.
• Days with appointments are displayed with the title of the appointment, color-coded as "Important," "Normal," or "Memo." Tapping displays a color-coded list of the day's appointments below the calendar.
• Appointments can be organized into three modes: "Important," "Normal," and "Memo."
• AI comprehensively assesses the day's schedule and provides daily advice.
◆ 2. Visualize your "Time Portfolio" by Category x Time
• 8 categories: Work, Family, Health, Hobbies, Learning, Miscellaneous, Personal, and Uncategorized
• Select a period such as a day, week, or month to instantly display a pie chart of your time allocation for that period.
• You can reflect on your time with numbers, rather than just intuition, such as "I'm spending too much time on work" or "I'm spending more time with family."
• The AI comprehensively assesses your time allocation and schedule for that period and provides appropriate advice on how to plan your future plans.
◆ 3. AI-Driven Balance Comments: "One-Line Advice"
• Based on your time portfolio data, the in-app AI comments on your "current balance."
• Example: "You've been working really hard this week. Why not add a little time for 'health' and create a sustainable pace?"
• You'll receive messages tailored to how you actually use your time, not just templates.
• Achieve your work-life balance with visibility
◆ 4. Clear backlogs in one go with the "Organize Incomplete Tasks" screen
• Automatically collect "important" and "normal" tasks that haven't been completed in the past x days
• Create cards for each task and decide with one tap:
◦ Do it today
◦ Leave it for the weekend
◦ Discard it for now
• Each card comes with a short message from AI. Even if you've been putting off an appointment, you can change your mind and restart it.
◆ 5. Easily share your schedule with your family and team
• Select "Today's Schedule," "This Week's Schedule," or "This Month's Schedule" to easily share via LINE or email.
• Send titles, notes, dates, and times in easy-to-read text with separators.
• Convenient for sharing work-from-home schedules and coordinating schedules with family.
◆ 6. User-friendly design makes it easy to stick with even if you're forgetful (various notification settings are also useful for those with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)).
• Easily save "undecided notes" in the "Memo" category.
• By dividing your schedule into smaller items and registering them, you can build a sense of accomplishment by checking them off one by one.
◆ 7. Get a Full-Scale TAROT Fortune Telling for a Quick Change
• Full-Scale TAROT is a five-card fortune-telling TAROT. It builds a vast database of card meanings, interpretations, and readings. Clients can freely enter their desired "fortune-telling preferences." The AI brain and database work together to provide a full-scale, personal reading.
◆ 8. Import your schedule from Google Calendar.
• Import your existing schedule and organize it into eight categories to visualize your work-life balance with a time portfolio.
Work, Work, Time Management is a new type of calendar app that visualizes how you use your time and gently nudges you forward with AI. Try it out with today's schedule.
