Timemagick Mobile app helps teams track time, and collaboration in one place. Users can log in and track working time, private time, and run timers for specific projects and tasks. Daily time logs show total hours worked, overtime, and overall activity levels.
Admin users can view live member status to see who is online, which project and task they are working on, and their current working status(Working, Idle, Private). A daily work summary provides a clear breakdown of time spent across projects and tasks for a selected date range.
The app includes a built-in project chat where team members can communicate in real time, mention members, share messages, images, and files within project channels.
Users can add lunch expenses and track their status as pending, approved, or declined. Also user will be able to see the summary of the lunch expenses to keep the tracking of the spending.
Users can update their profile, and change their password directly from the app.
