Tabata Timer is an application developed to help people who practice physical activities to perform high-intensity interval training (HIIT), especially in the Tabata format, which consists of alternating periods of intense exercise with short rest intervals.
The application allows the user to configure different training parameters, such as interval duration, number of cycles, and rest time, offering flexibility to adapt the training to different fitness goals.
The interface was designed to be simple and focused on the training experience, displaying a clear countdown and automatic changes between exercise and rest phases. This allows the user to stay focused on the physical activity without having to manually track the time.
The application was developed using modern technologies such as Next.js and React, ensuring a fast and responsive experience in browsers. Furthermore, integration with Capacitor allows the application to also run as a mobile app on Android and iOS devices.

Customizable training interval configuration
Visual countdown for each phase of the exercise
Automatic switching between exercise and rest
Execution of multiple training cycles
Responsive interface for use on mobile devices
