Planning
With the Timewax mobile app, you can view your personal schedule on your smartphone. This way, you always know where you have to be, what you have to do and at what time you’re expected.
See the schedule of your colleagues and see if they’re available. Is there a change for a meeting with a client? You edit the booking with just a few tabs.
The same goes for project progress. You submit the progress in the app with just a few taps. Didn’t finish the activity? You can communicate the estimated hours to complete with ease. This way, you get an up-to-date insight into the status of projects and can make timely decisions when needed.
Time sheet
It’s the end of the week. This means you have to submit your time sheet. When you use the Timewax mobile app, you don’t have to come back to the office for this. You can do this on the way home when you’ve parked your car of course.
Expenses
Did you buy something or drive in your own car for work? You want to have those expenses reimbursed. With the Timewax mobile app, you can submit your expenses including a photo of the receipt.
Leave
