Time Repair Shop is a hands-on chronometer restoration experience set inside a vintage horology workshop. Players receive repair commissions for antique clocks and pocket watches, then rebuild broken gear trains by selecting correct cogwheels, aligning mesh connections, and calibrating mainspring tension until each mechanism keeps the target time.
The core gameplay revolves around a unique three-phase repair loop: gear assembly, mesh calibration, and chrono testing. Each order presents a different gear train layout with precise tooth-count requirements. Players drag parts from a workshop tray, rotate gears to synchronize escapement alignment, and send a pulse through the mechanism to verify accuracy against a live clock preview.
Eight escalating repair orders progress from apprentice pocket watches to the legendary Eternity Engine. A Horology Archive delivers interactive articles on marine chronometers, escapements, pendulum regulation, and restoration craft. The Repair Log tracks workshop achievements and star ratings across completed commissions.
