Keep every job together in one calm channel.
Timi is built for small businesses and independent professionals. Create a channel for each job, client or project, then keep the people and work that belong to it in one place.
With Timi you can:
• Send messages, photos and documents
• Create tasks and subtasks, assign them, add due dates and mark work complete
• Request a quote from the other side
• Create itemized quotes, set validity dates, send them as PDFs and let clients accept or decline
• Use a private channel for your own notes and work
• Create as many channels as you need
• Work in English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish or French
The people you work with do not need to join before you start organizing the job. Add participants by phone number and invite them when they are ready.
Your channel timeline is kept on the participating phones. Timi relays updates and removes temporary relay copies within 24 hours. Photos and files remain available for up to 180 days. On Android, the local Timi database may be restored from your private Google device backup when device backup is enabled.
Timi writes quotes, but it does not issue tax invoices or official receipts and cannot take payments.
