So that new knowledge about the change process can not only be absorbed, but also tested directly in everyday life, the ChApp has various functions that make this easier.

Complex knowledge is conveyed in an understandable way with 3-4 minute recordings
· Exchange forum
Each lesson contains a question that encourages both self-reflection and exchange with work colleagues. A forum can be used to promote exchange. Here you have the opportunity to start new discussion topics and respond to contributions from colleagues.
· Challenges
After exchanging ideas with colleagues, the change process knowledge learned is applied in the world of work. For this purpose, each lesson has several challenges with different levels of difficulty and processing effort.
· Gamification
With each completed challenge, “learning points” are credited to the user’s profile account. The more difficult a challenge is, the more learning points are earned upon completion.
At certain milestones (number of learning points) new learning titles are achieved.

All employees of a company who use the ChApp are displayed in the contact list. This promotes internal communication without having to send friend requests.

A classic short message function, as we know it from social networks, supports communication - across departments and hierarchies.
· News feed
The newsfeed is an overview page based on the principle “everything relevant at a glance”. New modules, campaigns or lessons are displayed here. Challenges that have been started and replies to a personal post in the forum are also recorded in the newsfeed.
· Change news
As a company, you can send all employees news that can be viewed permanently or only for a limited period of time. This can be registration information for further training or photos from the last change workshop.
