Hello! I want to introduce myself to you, my name is Timo and as I am a Brazilian tortoise who is almost 100 years old, and who has lived in a school garden for 97 years, I had the pleasure of being able to follow the life stories of 4 generations of humans. And therefore I was able to observe and learn up close about the complexity and beauty of the human species. Humans are fascinating, as they are the mammals that depend most, and for much longer, on caregivers and support after birth to survive. And although each of them is unique in their singularity, they all have in common the basic needs of bonding, security and belonging, as well as the need for support, supervision, education, and maintaining socio-affective relationships throughout their lives. Well, raising children is not a simple task and nowadays the pace of life of humans is increasingly accelerated, the lack of time for parents to spend with their children and the growing doubts of living and raising children in a digital era, has presented an increasing number of parents who are confused, tired, guilty and often not knowing the best way to act, even though they have every good intention and immense love for their children. And it was precisely from this perception that I decided to create this application to offer a space for knowledge and learning for all interested caregivers. I can say, with so many years of observation, that raising children is the most important and rewarding mission, but it is also very challenging and extremely hard work, and that it demands a lot of dedication and involves many emotions and feelings that deserve to be validated and welcomed. So come and receive a lap from this old and wise tortoise and learn all my tips and suggestions, which will greatly contribute to the quality of family life and well-being of everyone!
