Getting it to work wasn't obvious. The robot only has an ON and OFF button. You have to enable location services (GPS) AND turn on bluetooth on your phone. Once you do that it will be able to locate your cleaning robot in the app. Mine is the X5 but it seems like many vendors use the same crappy app.

This App is EXCELLENT!! You can control the WindowBot perfectly, independent of, or in the absence of, the remote control (maybe no batteries, remote control broken or missing?) Recommended. 👍

Hopefully the developers put more time and efforts to build the app next time, or when they'll add an update...
