Fifteener is the classic sliding-tile puzzle, rebuilt as a small brushed-metal machine you carry in your pocket.
Fourteen numbered tiles (or more, or fewer) sit on a riveted steel frame with one open gap. Tap any tile that shares the gap's row or column and it slides into place — along with everything between it and the gap. Line every number up in order, gap last, and the board is solved.
Every single shuffle is checked against the classic inversion-parity rule before it's ever shown to you, so no matter how scrambled it looks, a solution always exists. No dead ends, no unsolvable boards — just a fair puzzle waiting to be untangled.
FEATURES
- Three board sizes — a quick 3×3, the classic 4×4, and a demanding 5×5 — switch anytime from the Play tab.
- Number mode for the purist, or Picture mode to slide a brushed-brass medallion back into one piece instead of digits.
- A smooth slide-tween animation on every move, so the board always feels tactile and alive.
- A new Daily Shuffle every day — the same 4×4 board for everyone, resetting at midnight, with a streak to keep.
- A Learn tab with a fewest-moves practice challenge, plus a plain-language rundown of how sliding and solvability work.
- Full stats per board size — games solved, best time, fewest moves — and a set of Awards to chase.
- Gentle haptic feedback on every slide and on every solve.
- A cool-grey, tin-frame look: brushed-steel tiles, embossed numerals, brass rivets.

Fifteener is built for the in-between moments — a few slides while the kettle boils, a Daily Shuffle before bed, or a longer session chasing a personal-best move count on the 5×5. Simple rules, honest randomness, and a board that always has an answer.
Slide, solve, repeat.
