One bug. An endless swarm. Wave after wave of wasps, beetles and spiders pour in from every side, your weapons fire on their own, and the only question is how long you last.
Insectoids is a pixel-art survivor roguelike built for quick runs on your phone. Play upright or sideways: the game turns with your phone. Drag anywhere to fly while your weapons auto-shoot the swarm. Dodge, collect XP gems and grow stronger every minute.
BUILD SOMETHING BROKEN
Fill your XP bar and a honey cell cracks open with three cards. Pick one, stack upgrades and turn a single stinger into a screen-clearing storm. Rare, epic and legendary cells give extra rewards. No two runs play the same.
14 WEAPONS, 14 EVOLUTIONS
Stinger, Orbit Bees, Missile, Zapper, Pollen Bomb, Nova Burst, Boomerang, Seed Spray, Thorn Aura, Spider Silk, Firefly Mines, Mantis Scythe, Dragonfly Beam and Ant Army. Level a weapon with the right upgrade and it evolves into Hornet Storm, Royal Guard, Thunder Swarm, Supernova and more.
A 50-LEVEL MAP AND GIANT BOSSES
Fight your way from the Sunny Meadow to the Volcano. The Queen Wasp, the Beetle King and the Spider Mother guard every stage. Night falls, storms roll in, and surprise events like gold rushes, treasure beetles and supply drops hit when you least expect them.
7 BUGS TO PLAY
Start as the Bee, then unlock the Ladybug, Dragonfly, Firefly, Rhino Beetle, Mantis and the Hornet Queen. Each has its own starting weapon, its own best stat and its own BUG STATS to train.
11 POWER-UPS
Shield, Freeze, Shockwave, Thunder, Poison Gas, the new MEGA BEAM and more. Load one onto your special button and save it for when the swarm closes in.
GET STRONGER EVERY RUN
This survivor game rewards every run with coins and XP. Upgrade weapons and passives, train your bugs, collect profile pictures, climb the leaderboard and chase about 570 awards.
