TinyFleet PM helps equipment owners and small teams reduce downtime without complicated fleet software. Use it for tractors, skid steers, mowers, ATVs, trailers, trucks, generators, tools, and other equipment you depend on.

Know what needs attention

See overdue and upcoming service, reported problems, equipment status, assignments, meter readings, and parts readiness at a glance. Alerts help keep important work from being forgotten.

Plan and record maintenance

Create one-time repairs or recurring service schedules. Assign work, add instructions, estimate labor and cost, and clearly separate planned work from completed maintenance.

Keep parts with the repair

Attach required parts to the correct asset and service. Track what is needed, what must be ordered, what has arrived, what is in stock, and what was installed. Search for a part from the repair workflow and confirm fitment before buying from the seller.

TinyFleet PM is designed for homeowners, contractors, landowners, and small businesses managing their own equipment—not enterprise maintenance departments. The Android app uses the same secure TinyFleet account and organization records as the web application.

Location is foreground-only and captured only when you choose a supported location action. Background location is not requested. TinyFleet PM contains no advertising SDK and does not sell personal information.
