it's good app but I'm very disappointed about the refund I maintain svip 3 and should be refunded 32m by the end of the month I only got 8m? how come we spend money and yet your not providing us the right reward, now the update of this app or some changes are not really good the exp is lower how will the usee level up smoothly the rocket also is even worst, this will make the user leave the app it's your loss in the end there's a lot of apps are good if you will not change this then users leave

It was a good app before used to like this and recharged too but from past 2-3 months the update are really making everyone to leave this application and even the customer support is for name sake no active customer support and even no admin will help you solve the issue.The feedback and mail are not even responding and even taking any action.Really disappointed and we all are shifting to different applications by your move....Haza deserves this as you guys are not even taking care of the users.

Your Pakistan admin is not solving our problems at all. They're removing users from the group who joined from other apps and ignoring their issues. If they've made purchases or recharges, they're not taking any action or solving their problems. I've tried contacting them 10 times, but they won't even talk to me. Why should I trust them? I demand an explanation!
