Ratings and reviews

My review was originally 5 stars. Sadly, the game became unplayable as I could no longer access the train menu to swap out cars, etc. I tried to get support, but the zendesk app they use kept messing up and when I swapped out to get a screenshot, erased 30 minutes of work. I'm quite high level in the game and have a lot of time invested in the quest line. all in all, I'm disappointed and saddened as the game was a lot of fun.

I think this game is great! My main gripes with it comes down to some lack of polish. Quite a few visual bugs Engines, Cabooses, and other cars' graphics sometimes aren't correctly aligned with the track and other objects, so they sit weirdly and don't really seem to connect Sometimes the shop bugs out and will display broken items for purchase, causing the shop to be unusable until it refreshes Paint schemes for cars don't apply correctly and don't match the light shading or don't apply all

I really enjoy this game. My only issue is there doesn't seem to be a way to report bugs that need to be fixed and updating didn't fix the bugs. I'll purchase paints for my cars and the notification on the tab for the cars never goes away even after scrolling through all the cars and pain options. so I have no idea if the purchase of the pain worked either. A direct way to send reports of bugs in game would be good.
