About this app

DocPigeon Mobile is the on-the-go companion to your DocPigeon account — check on your mailings, campaigns, and recipients from anywhere, and step in when something needs your attention.

DocPigeon helps you reach your members and customers through physical mail, email, SMS, and print — automatically, on a schedule you control. This app is your window into that system while you're away from your desk.

WHAT YOU CAN VIEW
• Recipients — search your full list and see contact and address details
• Campaigns — status, schedule, and last-run info for every campaign at a glance
• Run history — drill into any run to see exactly what happened, send by send
• Credits — your account's balance and recent spend history

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Most of DocPigeon Mobile is read-only by design — it's built first for checking in, not for changing things by accident. When you do need to act, you can:
• Manually run a campaign on demand
• Pause or resume a campaign's schedule
• Scan a document with your camera, or upload a file, into document classification
• Review documents pending classification, check the extracted fields, and assign them to a recipient
