Namesight shows in one report whether a brand name is available across trademark registers, domains, social media handles, developer platforms and app stores.
Picking a name is easy. Finding out whether you can actually use it is not: a trademark in your Nice class, a taken .com, a social handle owned by someone else or an app with the same name can each stop a launch. Namesight runs all of these checks at once and gives you a single availability score.
WHAT IT CHECKS
- Trademark registers (EUIPO/TMview, USPTO, UKIPO and more), filtered by Nice class so only real conflicts count
- Domains across popular TLDs, with dead and parked registrations told apart from active sites
- Social media handles on the major networks
- Developer platforms such as GitHub, npm and PyPI
- App Store and Google Play listings
- Company registers and linguistic meaning in other languages
HOW IT WORKS
1. Type a name and pick the Nice classes that describe your business.
2. Namesight queries every source live and streams the results as they arrive.
3. Read the report: each source shows its verdict, the record behind it and a link to the original.
4. Save the scan to a project, compare two names side by side, share a read-only report or rescan later.
If a source cannot be verified the report says "unknown" instead of guessing, and you can retry those sources for free.
PRICING
Every account starts with free credits. Additional credit packs and Pro plans are available as in-app purchases. Pro adds monthly credits, more modules per scan and team features.
Namesight is built for founders, marketers, agencies and lawyers who want a first answer in minutes instead of days.
