You can't cancel a pick-up after you select a helper. You can't message a helper before selecting them. There is no way to know if that helper will fulfill your needs without a conversation. I posted for immediate help and selected the first helper, but they can't show up until an hour after the time slot and they refused to cancel. I have no power to cancel until much later, and the app charged me up front, so I am held hostage by this person who wants my money but doesn't care about my time.

the service is great. But what the hell, this is the buggiest app I ever used. So many random errors, confusing design, crashes... theres a button to "increase price by 5€". tap it, it says Success! then immediately "sorry, something went wrong", price didn't actually increase. Come on y'all.

App is buggy, always asking for location permission when you're just looking around, doesn't accurately show when someone responds to your ad - you'll see the notification but then you click on it & no-one actually responded or you won't be able to click on the person's profile and customer service is nonexistent so you can't get help. Utterly useless. They also got people ignoring your price and making ridiculous fee requests (when you actually get an ad response) also took 5 tries to make 1 ad
