You can't cancel a pick-up after you select a helper. You can't message a helper before selecting them. There is no way to know if that helper will fulfill your needs without a conversation. I posted for immediate help and selected the first helper, but they can't show up until an hour after the time slot and they refused to cancel. I have no power to cancel until much later, and the app charged me up front, so I am held hostage by this person who wants my money but doesn't care about my time.

It deleted the draft ad I was working on and sent me to the app home screen just to ask if I am enjoying the app. So here I am! Since I'm here, the step where one has to zoom in on the map to select the precise location is difficult to use, because other than the streets and numbers, the map has no features to use as landmarks. So the user ends up just zooming into the little number already provided in the previous step.

it's an alright app, but can't u send a message for? I wanted to go get a table, but I had some questions for the seller because the pictures were taken badly and if I could maybe get a better one. But in the app, you can't really send sms or anything besides go and pick it up. They should include where u can chat with the sellers.
