BPLog is an on-device journal for blood pressure, pulse, and optional blood glucose.
Log a reading in seconds
Start from a quick preset or enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse yourself. Each reading can also record the measurement date and time, which arm was used, body position, a label, and free-form notes.
See what the numbers mean
Every reading is placed in a reference band from normal through elevated, stage 1, stage 2, and hypertensive crisis. The result card also shows pulse pressure and estimated mean arterial pressure, with the matching band highlighted in the reference list.
Track blood glucose alongside it
Glucose is optional and can be entered in mg/dL or mmol/L, tagged as fasting, before meal, after meal, or bedtime for context. Switching units converts the values you have already entered.
Review your trends
Charts cover the last 7, 30, and 90 days with separate morning and evening averages, so you can see how readings move over time rather than one at a time.
Keep and export your records
Saved readings can be reloaded for editing, or deleted with undo. Export the full log as CSV for a spreadsheet, or as plain text to send to your doctor.
Your data stays on this device. There is no account and no cloud sync.
Reference bands and derived values support personal logging and are not a medical diagnosis. Talk to a clinician about your readings.
