PingHarbor checks the websites and web services you care about on a schedule and tells you when one stops responding. Handy for site owners, home-lab tinkerers, and anyone who needs to know a page is reachable.

• Add any web address or host name as a monitor
• See at a glance how many monitors are up, down, or paused, plus the average response time
• Check now with one tap, or repeat checks every 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Review each monitor's response code, response time, and recent results
• Get an alert after a set number of failed checks in a row
• Pause a monitor without losing its settings, or clear its history
• Export check history to a CSV file

Checks request the page over HTTP or HTTPS rather than sending ICMP pings, and scheduled checks may run a little late while the phone saves battery.
