MyTiscali is the app that allows you to monitor and manage your Tiscali landline and mobile services completely independently.

By activating the MyTiscali widget, you can view the minutes, SMS, and DATA usage included in your mobile plan directly on your smartphone's home screen.

Tiscali mobile customers
- information about your tariff plan and offer status;
- check your traffic details for the last 60 days and administrative information;
- personal details and contract information;
- top-up and view your top-up history;
- map of your nearest Tiscali stores;
- support section. Communicate directly with Customer Service.

Tiscali landline customers
- information about your active plan and additional services;
- check your traffic details for the last 60 days and administrative information;
- details and download of your latest invoices in PDF format;
- personal information, change your invoice shipping address;
- Map of the Tiscali stores closest to you;
- Help section. Contact Customer Service directly.

Clicking on the widget takes you directly to the app.
The MyTiscali app works in 3G/LTE and Wi-Fi modes.
Additional charges may apply for international roaming data traffic.

Works to see last bills and whether paid. Helpline chat works. Less details than website mytiscali, but much faster to use.

It has stopped to work. No way to login and contact customer support
