TI Service Mobile is a mobile application which can assist you to configure, commission, and service Tintelligence equipment.

Its all-in-one interface easily helps service engineers configure, enrol, and diagnose, the equipment. Network configuration, service pack updates, dispenser enrolment, user manuals, everything is available in one app.

With remote, real-time access to machine status, service log and timeline of events, a service engineer can diagnose an equipment faster and accurately. Timely maintenance alerts enable the service engineer to optimize response time. With secure and authorized connection to the equipment, TI Service ensures only authorized service partners access your equipment.
