I am extremely frustrated with this app. I submitted a payout request for my money, but the transaction is stuck. The in-app support team completely ignores messages and keeps telling me to wait for the support to reach out, but nobody ever does. I have tried every possible way to contact customer care with zero response. Please fix your support system and release my funds.

Great App, good features, one can easily find a product. On Location; Some Districts are missing though, Mwanza, Neno etc. Some towns/trading centres are available. You can consider putting the trading centres under the districts, so that when you select the district as a location, you can choose a town as precise location.

The experience is terrible while it is a very good app it's practically useless as the sign up will not go through despite trying both the sms and email option so even if you want to buy or advertise anything you are not able to see the details of the seller or place your ad . The sign up option has been poorly managed and is a huge turnoff. Unistalling now.
