This is a super-simple contraction timer created by a mother of a 5-month-old son, designed to improve upon the inconveniences she personally experienced during her final month of pregnancy.

Based on her experience of checking contractions with a trembling heart several times a day, we have included only the truly essential features.

■ How to Use

· Start/stop contractions with a single button — contraction intervals and frequency are automatically recorded.

· Notifies you when the contraction interval approaches the threshold for a hospital visit.

· The threshold is automatically adjusted based on whether it is your first child (primi-maternal) or if you have previous experience (multi-maternal). (Selected upon initial app launch; can be changed in Settings)

■ Records and View at a Glance

· All contractions are saved in the calendar so you can review them at any time.

· Swipe the records screen to view contractions and rests as a bar graph — see the trend of decreasing intervals at a glance.

■ Supportive Encouragement

· Warm messages of encouragement accompany you between contractions. You can pin your favorite messages by long-pressing them.

■ Comfortable Screen

· Dark mode for comfort even in dark environments. ※ This app is not a medical device, and the displayed standards are for reference only. Actual delivery varies depending on the mother's condition, so please follow the guidance of your medical team first.
