ENERGY TITAN PUMP is a set of APP suitable for water pump variable frequency drives produced by Chengti Kinetic Energy Technology. It is used to effectively control the constant voltage and alternating parallel control of three-phase induction motor pumps. Suitable application solutions for general water or wastewater systems, commercial water, building services or industrial pumps.

ENERGY TITAN PUMP provides parameter adjustment for constant voltage and alternating parallel water pump inverters such as dedicated water pump inverters. The factory initialization value is the conventional constant pressure application control mode; including set pressure, actual pressure, downtime and sleep frequency, etc. The preset control mode can adapt to most operating environment conditions, simplifying user operation and learning of inverter settings. time.

Initial setting: pairing with mobile phone Bluetooth device
1. Make sure the Bluetooth device is in detectable mode.
2. Go to [Settings] and tap [Bluetooth].
3. Turn on Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is turned on, tap Search for devices.
4. Touch the device you want to connect.
5. If necessary, tap Pair or enter the device passkey (e.g. 0000) to connect.

When the connection is successful, it is displayed in the status column.
During the installation process, the correct parameters are set for the specific pump to ensure optimal performance and protection, simplifying installation and improving operation. to optimize the performance of the pump system. The main page is setup and password protected for advanced installation (system installer) and troubleshooting without the need for additional tools.

The main functions of ENERGY TITAN PUMP are as follows:
Constant pressure and stable pressure: The system will maintain constant water pressure according to the preset pressure setting value, regardless of changes in water consumption. When the water consumption exceeds the set constant pressure range, the system can still provide stable water supply, ensuring that the water pressure is always maintained within a stable range to cope with high demand situations.
Water detection method selection: The system provides flexible detection method settings. Users can choose to detect upward (i.e., start the pump when increasing water consumption) or downward (i.e., stop or adjust pump operation when reducing water consumption). At the same time, the detection frequency and pressure range can be set to adapt to different water needs and achieve precise control.
No water power outage: When there is no water in the water source or the water level is too low, the frequency converter will automatically stop power supply to prevent the water pump from idling or being damaged. This feature effectively protects equipment from dry-running damage and ensures safe system operation.
Shutdown without water: When the water supply stops, the system will automatically detect and send back a signal, automatically decelerate and stop according to the settings. This not only helps reduce energy consumption, but also extends the life of the equipment and avoids unnecessary operation.
Water leakage protection: The system can detect the set water pressure and cycle. When the pipeline leaks or drips, the water pump will automatically start and compensate for the pressure to keep the system operating within the normal range and avoid water pressure drops or water pump lengthening due to water leakage. The time run is invalid.

Alternate parallel operation
Constant pressure control: The water pump system will automatically adjust the operating status of the pump according to water demand to keep the water pressure in the system within the preset range. No matter how the water consumption changes, the water pump will start or stop working as needed to achieve constant water pressure. Purpose.
Alternate operation: In order to extend the service life of the water pump, the system will realize alternate start of the water pump. When one water pump runs for a period of time, the system will automatically switch to another water pump. This ensures that each water pump has a balanced working time, avoids overwork of a single water pump, and reduces the risk of equipment failure.
Parallel operation: Multiple water pumps operating in parallel can achieve load sharing according to different water consumption needs and improve the efficiency and stability of the system. If the system load is large, multiple water pumps can work at the same time; if the load is small, the number of operating water pumps will be automatically reduced.
Fault protection: When a certain water pump fails, the system will automatically switch to the normally operating water pump to ensure that the water pressure will not be affected, thus improving the reliability of the system.
Energy-saving operation: Since the operating status of the water pump can be automatically adjusted according to demand, the alternate and parallel settings help to improve the operating efficiency of the overall system, thereby achieving energy-saving effects.
