2. Open the App and select Sign Up if you have an existing account or select Open account for new customer
3. Select your desired username (phone number, email or account number)
4. Select the preferred password and Transaction PIN
5. Select security questions and answer and submit them.

1. Good! Little bit delay i receive alert,but worse part is ₦4 deduction on every inflow transaction,i don't understand what charges are for,but if it is SMS alert charge,there should be option out in the app which is not. 2. Kindly try to feature (CS)live chat and other contact means on the app

I can see that there's improvement on crediting customer's account in time, don't too much delay be back as tradition like before.

I opened an account with you for an urgent. Did a transfer in and you received it. Tried to use the account to pay for what I needed to and it showed "Account status Invalid". I've emailed you my ID, Utility Bill, etc despite already uploading them on the app initially. It's been 3 weeks now. And my Status is still invalid. This is actually distasteful. Thankfully, I didn't send in the full amount I needed otherwise I'd have been completely stranded till date Fix up
