It's been a wonderful experience. Especially if you have the up to date version of both the bank app and your android OS. I love the look and feel of the app, the user experience is great. ..and its efficient too. But however, I would love to see a virtual card that is reloadable and , not tied to my actual bank account. It can be both a virtual card and physical card on same card at same time..like a prepaid card. The era of debit cards is gone. Prepaid card is the future!

I opened an account with you for an urgent. Did a transfer in and you received it. Tried to use the account to pay for what I needed to and it showed "Account status Invalid". I've emailed you my ID, Utility Bill, etc despite already uploading them on the app initially. It's been 3 weeks now. And my Status is still invalid. This is actually distasteful. Thankfully, I didn't send in the full amount I needed otherwise I'd have been completely stranded till date Fix up

It was good the first times i made some transfers but i just tried to make an urgent transfer and was told "Account status invalid " i really don't know why but it is really frustrating as there is urgent need for the transfer. Now i wish the initial transfer to that account was not made.
