TitigoPro is the official app for Titigo partner drivers in Mali. Log in, go online, and receive ride requests in real time in Bamako and other major cities across the country.

Designed for Malian drivers, TitigoPro lets you work when you want, easily manage your rides, and track your earnings directly from your phone.

Who is it for?

TitigoPro is for professional and private drivers with a valid driver's license in Mali who want to offer their transportation services through the Titigo platform. Passengers use a separate app to book their rides.

How it works:

1. Download TitigoPro and create your account with your Malian phone number.

2. Upload your documents: driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance.

3. Once your profile is verified by our team, log in to the application.

4. Tap "Search for rides" to go online and receive requests.

5. Accept the rides that interest you, drive safely, and collect your earnings.

Security and confidentiality:

- Your personal data is encrypted and securely stored.

- Your GPS location is shared only during an active ride, with the passenger, so they can track your arrival.

- No direct calls to the passenger are required: all communication takes place through the app.

- Payments are tracked and verified by Titigo to prevent disputes.

- You remain in complete control: you decide when you are online and which rides to accept.

Permissions used

- Precise location: essential for offering nearby rides and guiding the driver to the passenger.

- Background location: used only during an active ride, to share your location with the passenger and calculate the final fare.

- Notifications: To receive ride requests even when the app is running in the background.

- Camera and gallery: Only for uploading your verification documents during registration.
