This app is horrible. I love the speed of the internet and the channel selection for my package, but this app will not allow me to log in at all. It freezes every time I try to login which forces me to log in on the website to pay my bill. I hope they can get this together soon. Samsung Galaxy S10+

App doesn't work. Can't even sign in. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, app keeps cycling to the same thing. Won't let me even get to the sign in screen.
