Fision TV+ customers are invited to enjoy free access to our Android app which is the ideal entertainment experience providing control, discovery and a mobile place for viewing. Watch your DVR recordings, find shows and schedule recordings, and browse content via the guide, by genre or category, explore the cast and crew, and see where the content is available to watch.

WHAT YOU NEED:
An Android device with Wi-Fi internet or a data service capable of streaming and an active subscription to Fision TV+ in good standings. To watch and set recordings you must also subscribe to Cloud DVR service.

TO USE:
- To use at home, connect your Android device to your Fision Wi-Fi home network.
- To use at your community common areas, you must connect to the Fision Wi-Fi network.
- To use on the go and access over 200 channels in real-time, connect to the internet.

Internet access or a data service capable of streaming is required to use Fision TV+ Mobile. Fision TV+ access is based upon your Hotwire Communications Digital TV service subscription level. You must have a current My Hotwire username and password, as well as a subscription to the corresponding cable TV network(s) you wish to access. Fision TV+ Mobile viewing experience may vary based on device used to view content. Not all devices have the necessary software required to view programming content. Ratings and reviews

It's based on the TiVo software but unfortunately they either didn't license or implement the full To-Do list feature that TiVo has, so there's no way to actually see and manage your upcoming recordings in one list. Same for their Android TV box. It's really a major fail for this app. You can work around the inability to stream most live TV away from home by starting a recording of whatever you want to watch first and then immediately watch it. Dumb.

I find the DVR experience very inadequate. Search features to line up what you're looking for, unless I'm not understanding requires finding it on the guide. While I was no fan of Comcast I did appreciate the ease of setting up a season of my favorite sports team versus having to find each individual game. If I'm wrong, sure would appreciate instructions on how to do it.

I just called customer service and they told me the Hotwire Fision app is not compatible with a laptop computer. What? The app itself states compatible with all devices. Apparently that is a lie to help sign people up. I'm still not sure about what others are saying about the app not working when you leave your home. Why have the app at all if it won't work with a computer or when you leave your home? I can't believe my HOA went with this provider without investigating it's limitations.
