terrible user experience . exaggerated security steps to log in, absolutely impractical apps. very low-level customer support. same problem each single month.

NEVER EVER WORKS!!! always shows ERROR when trying to log in, I contacted TIGO customer service through a PQR and says :... This inconvenience could have been caused given the changes that are currently being developed in our portal, which to date is stabilizing, however, we will make the necessary alerts to the personnel in charge of administering this website, in order to avoid similar situations show up again. BUT.... IT NEVER EVER WORKS

There's no option to remove the 200 and some channels stingray music that I never watch. There should be an option to delete unwanted channel.
