Have been trying to get this to work since yesterday. I get to the point of downloading the app and then it asks for permission to use my phone, I think my camera and photos. Then I try to go to the next screen to sign up and I get a error message. I like the old SE NEXT much better. You could set up recordings, watch what you recorded, you had an hour pause, if your box was on a channel and you were a late start you could hit record then record from the beginning, you could change rooms

AGGRAVATING!!! DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SIGN IN NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY! ( ALWAYS wrong username, password, email, acct. number, & wrong location!) This app is uesless & I can't believe I am actually wasting my time writing this except for the fact if this review helps anyone to NOT waste their time on it, then it might be worth it. LESS THAN ANY FRACTION OF A STAR, BUT YOU ARE FORCED TO PUT AT LEAST ONE TO POST!!!! STUPID!!

I figured the bad reviews dated back a while and they had to fix it by now. I was wrong. I downloaded because my daughter knocked the remote onto the floor before falling asleep on me. I wanted to change the channel without waking her. I just watched Golden Girls instead. The old SE NEXT system worked flawlessly for us. The new Tivo system they made us upgrade to is worse in every way.
