It's great when it works. It worked on 2 of my Sony TV's and Google Chromecast running through those TVs. It the sound won't work on Google Chromecast on some older TV's, and won't work at all on TIVO Stream 4k device and crashes on some other Sony TV's. I summitted the issue and was told I would get a call to help resolve the issue. After a month of no call, I tried to reach out to them. It sounded like they hadn't looked in to it and that it is probably the device manufacturer's issue. That, despite the fact that every single other app runs fine on all of my devices listed above.

Absolutely horrible company. You can't use the app if you are outside your house, and on top of that they lied about the price we were locked in at and refused to honor their salesman's word. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for internet and cable.

The app has been working great on my tablet since it came back out. Navigating between channels has been a breeze. My primary use is when we have a show or movie on our main TV and I want to keep tabs on the Brewers or when I am out grilling I can keep up with the game as well.
