Time wasted This app never gets past the sign on screen. Edit: two months later, multiple calls and e-mails yet still does not work. We even tried three different devices to be sure it wasn't a setting in the phone. The actual "Tivo" box is awesome! UPDATE: 4/13/2023 the app connects now., but it tells me to contact my cable service for credentials. I don't have cable. I use antenna. I have Tivo EDGE for ANTENNA. worse than 1 star.

Until about three months ago, I used this app on my Galaxy all the time, programming recordings, checking the guide, creating OnePass options, with no issues. Suddenly, it now takes forever to connect (like, over ten minutes, usually closer to 15!). And, once connected, if I want to change screens, it takes another 10-15 minutes to change. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, I've cleared data/cache, I've restarted my phone, I've done everything one is always told to do in these situations. Nothing!

Pretty close to useless. When you can get it to work, which is not often, it works reasonably well. But most of the time you find yourself watching the maddeningly spinning circle, for minutes on end, only to get some random error in the end. Either authentication failure (though nothing has changed in the account), or claiming the Tivo is not set up for streaming (it is), or just a timeout. Other times it will crash right after getting in and showing the home screen.
