I love the convenience of this app when it does work. But pray tell me, why is it down so often? Your testers should be consistently checking the security, protocols and coding to allow for more up time than downtime. Additionally, a notice to email regarding the inability to load should be sent prior to our having to ask. I hope reliability becomes more important in the very near future.

Challenging. Whatever you do make sure what you filled up on your application form is what you put in No chnaging names or Making corrections in this app. In the end, had to just re-register with a different email address. And forget adding cards... Wont do it unless you go through the payments/top up option. So if you want to add a card you have to pay each time. It works I guess but not easy.

App doesn't show recent passage, currently last passage showing is July (we are in October) Had recent transaction top up failed on the side on the app, bt the funds was deducted from bank account Most times account balance showing on app is incorrect.
