This app is brand new and already broken. I can't login. I've tried using my tks account Information and my subscription login. It says my account login is not recognized and if I use my subscription login in, it gives me a general error message. I'm going to call customer service. Hopefully they can fix this and then I will change my review score accordingly.

Don't waste your time. Worst app you could waste your time trying to download. App keeps telling me I have to enable it even though it is. Keeps saying wrong password even though it's correct. Cant do anything with your contract even though they told me I could change it around as I saw fit. Tks is just another company taking advantage of soldiers and civilians overseas. Absolute junk.

If it was possible to give an app no stars and still leave a review, I would. I keep trying to gain access to my account, and it says I need my service password to continue, which I can only access through their website. I go to the website, and it says I need to authorize my account with the 2-step factor authorization process through the app. So, how can I do one if I don't have access to the other and vice versa? Not only that but their "24/7 Customer Service Hotline" is not 24/7 at all.

What’s new

The myTKS app has been revised and adapted to meet the new accessibility requirements. In addition, we have adjusted our product portfolio, and therefore the telephony feature has been removed from the new version of the myTKS app. In the future, you can use the easyPhone app by TKS to make calls with your easyConnect contract
