Ratings and reviews

The app is terrible and buggy beyond belief. Many times my calls stateside will not work for unknown reasons no matter how good my internet connection is. When they do work, there is a extremely noticeable 2-3 second delay. Satellite phones have less latency than this garbage app.

This app is brand new and already broken. I can't login. I've tried using my tks account Information and my subscription login. It says my account login is not recognized and if I use my subscription login in, it gives me a general error message. I'm going to call customer service. Hopefully they can fix this and then I will change my review score accordingly.

Poor connection no matter where I call from, no matter how fast the data or wifi service is. I can make a call, but no one can hear me through this app. No issues using other wifi apps nor the regular dial-up, so I know the issue is this faulty app.
