Rexo Distribution is the mobile app for a distribution network. Order booking executives, area sales managers, dealers and super stockists use it to book orders, cover beats, collect payments, move stock and see how the business is performing.
FIELD EXECUTIVES Open the day with attendance. Apply leave when you will be away, then pick up today’s beat and the retailers on that route. At the shop, check in to start the visit. From the retailer you can see outstanding, credit terms and the last visit, place a call, and book a new order before you check out.
New orders are built from the product catalogue. Search and filters narrow the list to the SKUs that shop actually buys. Schemes available on the order can be reviewed before the order is submitted. After the visit, the order, the outcome and the value stay on the visit record.
Collections are recorded against the retailer’s outstanding balance, so the amount collected and the amount still open are not left in a separate notebook. Expenses for the day are filed from the same account. My Targets, My Visits and the order list show what you have already done, and what is still expected.
MANAGERS Area sales managers see the team from the home screen: pending approvals, overdue outstanding and the work raised by executives. Live tracking shows where people are. Route history shows where they have been. Route optimisation helps plan the next round of calls when a beat is too long or a cluster of shops is being missed.
Approvals cover orders, expenses, leave, dealers, retailers and discounts. Each item shows who raised it, so a manager can approve or reject it without chasing the same request on a call.
The reports hub answers the questions a distribution business asks every day: • Visit report, with outcome and order value • Productivity and strike rate by executive • Order report, with status and value • Attendance register across the field force • Beat adherence, planned calls against actual coverage • Dealer sales register, order count and value by dealer • Dealer outstanding against credit limit • Scheme utilisation against the allocated budget • Invoice register for invoices issued to dealers • Dealer purchase orders • Dispatch and delivery status • Inventory on hand against reorder level • Stock movement, including receipts, issues and adjustments • SKU analysis, fast and slow movers, and ABC classification • Territory performance, order count and value by territory • Collection efficiency, collected against billed, by mode
Beat masters can be updated when a route changes. Targets can be set for the team. Coverage alerts highlight retailers or beats that are falling behind. Employee and team views keep the people behind the numbers in one place.
DEALERS Dealers browse the catalogue and open a product before they buy. They raise a purchase order, choose the super stockist it should go to, and follow that order to invoice. The ledger shows what has been billed and what is still open. Stock allocation shows what is available to sell next.
SUPER STOCKISTS Super stockists raise their own purchase orders and keep a list of orders already placed. They allocate stock and dispatch goods onward to dealers. Dispatch status stays on the order, so a delayed delivery can be followed up before a retailer runs out. Invoices sit with the rest of the account, not in a separate file.
ONE RECORD OF THE DAY Rexo Distribution is organised by role. The executive gets the beat, the check-in, the order and the collection. The manager gets approvals, the team, the map and the reports. The dealer gets the purchase order and the ledger. The super stockist gets stock and dispatch.
Notifications bring forward work that is waiting. Profile and address details stay on the account the rest of the flow uses. The result is one record of the visit, the order, the collection and the stock that followed, instead of a paper order book, a payment note and a spreadsheet filled in at the end of the day.
Manage orders, visits, collections, beats and stock for your distribution team.
