Ratings and reviews

Nothing but problems. Sometimes the feed won't show info from the current month, door badge rarely ever works, pictures rarely appear in the photo tab. Sometimes it randomly decides I don't exist anymore and I have to Uninstaller and reinstall. I'll be grateful when I don't have to rely on this app anymore. Edited to add, now I can't download any pictures. It tells me to allow permission but I've allowed every permission possible and the error continues.

The app has significant issues, especially in "Show & Tell." Real-time updates for notifications and check-in/check-out are lacking, causing inconvenience. No notifications on some days, and uploaded photos may appear a day later. Entire month's records have disappeared and reappeared unexpectedly. The app's service efficiency falls short, raising concerns about its intended purpose of notifying parents about their children's status at daycare.

Significantly worse then Show and Tell. Notifications do not work, the app plays a video every time you open it, and the app is unintuitive. Intuitive navigation is fundamental to being user friendly, yet this app just has random icons on the bottom row and if you press the wrong one they all change. Poorly designed and poorly implemented. Notifications not working is unacceptable for an app that's entire purpose is to.... Notify parents about their child.
