I wasn't able to even open the app on my phone until I googled it and learned I had to set certain settings before it would even open. After one successful use of the app, I returned to the same parking lot that evening to find four (myself included) users unable to get into that same parking lot. This app seems to be worth what I paid for it...nothing.

Privacy is important to us here at ZipBy, and we take this very seriously. We are a PCI DSS Compliant company, which allows your payments to be made securely. Although this worked the first few times I've tried it, the last two attempts resulted in failures so problematic that I will never be using this again. The first failed attempt, the gate never opened for entry when I arrived, so I had to swipe my card. For some reason, I saw two entry timestamps when I swiped to exit, with only one session being closed when I left. The other session was only marked as closed in the app after an extremely long period of time, which most likely meant the session finally errored out. On the second failed attempt, I entered just fine. However, the gate failed to recognize me exiting, so I had to phone the attendant, who manually let me out. It took nearly ten minutes of waiting and scouring the app to get out. This app fails to even provide a manual "open gate" button in case auto-recognition doesn't work, which is completely baffling to me. If you're making an app with to allow people to quickly use a garage and name it "ZipBy", users should at least have a basic override option in case your app completely fails. For the promise of convenience, these basic usability frustrations are a terrible price to pay. And fix your terrible UI!

Tried again and app crashes if you don't accept permissions to input lot codes. Stays on the checkout screen when you pay for parking so it looks like it didn't go through. Fortunately, it confirms whether you want to start a new session when another is active. Doesn't show "you can park until 8pm for the same price" info like other parking apps but claims to give a 10% discount. Charged $1 more than other parking apps. Last time I got stuck in a loop and uninstalled, so it's an improvement.
