mobileTMA GO requires a license for WebTMA v5.1.4 or later. In addition, mobileTMA GO requires a license for one or more of the mobile modules (mobileTMA, Mobile General Inspections, Mobile Room Inspections and/or Mobile Custodial Inspections). mobileTMA GO supports the latest Android OS and one version prior. Scanning capabilities are available on Android devices with a high-resolution rear camera. We recommend devices with a minimum of 4 GB RAM.

Ratings and reviews

Unusable most of the time. Can't scroll after refreshing work orders (which you have to do frequently since there are no push notifications). Sometimes there are no tasks attached which creates an error not allowing you to fill out the required fields.

Horrible. Constantly has issues of one type or another...wish my company would go with someone better...because this one sucks and makes my job more difficult than it should be. Yes I a licensed user at a university and we have nothing but issues with this app......surely there is something better out there than fighting this app day in and day out.

Appears to be something it is not. I use TMA where I work, for key request approvals. I wish I could approve when I am away from my desk. But for some reason this app does not allow users to do something on the go that they would have done on the regular site, as implied by the name of the app. Which should not be surprising since the online interface itself is one of the worst I have seen. These people have no idea how to create good user experiences.
