HOW TO USE
• Install the TMB MBank application.
• Mobile Handset where TMB MBank app is to be installed must have the Indian Mobile Number's (registered with our Bank) SIM card inserted in it.
• Enter your Customer ID[7 digit numeric].
• If you don't know the Customer ID, check for Cust-Id in your Bank Passbook or your A/C statement or contact your branch.
• Wait to receive your OTP via SMS to your phone number, enter it to confirm and proceed.
• You will be prompted to input your Debit card details/Internet Banking credentials / Branch PIN (Generated by the Parent Branch) to validate and complete Mobile Banking Registration.
• Now set your Login PIN and MPIN.
• You have successfully registered for TMB MBank App and start experiencing the features.

Overall happy with the app. The ability to schedule transactions is my favourite. Unfortunately, there are many missing features such as the ability to change/upgrade the debit card, the ability to disable value added SMS alerts, etc. Currently, one has to visit a branch for such requests. Like most banks, there is discrimination in fulfilling any request. One has to be an HNI to do anything in any branch of any bank (not just TMB). Technology doesn't discriminate. Please improve the app!

The app doesn't even open....it will try to load and that's it nothing else,freezes often...I don't see any use in building this app ,no use to the customers if you can't login to an app you've built...I posted this an year ago..still it's the same...whenever we're in a need to do transaction this app doesn't work......can't you PPL just compare with othe mobile banking apps and study on how it works without any issues....I m going to close my account just for the worst app sooner.

Frequently this app not working, also very slow connect with network, the mean time like other apps are performing good. After updating the app also the same problem.
