Ratings and reviews

The new updates keeps logging me off, I've to enter credentials everytime. The performance has slightly improved but can be much better. The new UX gives an empty feeling. This has been a horrible update, better to stick to browser based, at least that keeps you logged in.

Navigation and content is different than the website. Notifications worked for one week only, then nothing since even though I've had many people check in and many requests to check in to my lead.

As a daily StandOut user, I can say that StandOut is by far one of the best strength based tools I have ever used and has had a monumental positive mpact on my career growth and development! The StandOut tool/app and the strength based method is the future in how all businesses will manage their workforce and grow talent. Thank You Marcus!
