since updated several months ago, it is almost impossible to log into to pay my bill. I still dont fully understand how im able to log in each time. you tey to sign in and it wants you to change your password immediately. no matter what you change it to it has a prossesing issue, so you tey the other way on the page. after typing in policy #, underwriting company, and last name it still does nothing. sometimes after several attempts of the same thing over and over again it will just log me in

I just registered for this app, and it's the worst ever. I've been trying to log in for about 15 min, and it keeps telling me that I'm being logged out for 5 min of inactivity when I just literally logged in it's giving me anxiety already I'll pass. I'll just go back to making payments over the phone at least until they get a better creator for the app because it's not a good look as of now.

This is one of the most poorly constructed apps I have ever installed. It got on my bad side right away when I had to scroll through over 60 years of individual calendar pages to enter a date of birth. Then after all that, it wouldn't let me register after double and triple checked the info. If I could give it a zero I would. The app sucks! I just hope the insurance is better than the app.
