Never logs me into my account. I always have to call customer service. No use for the app!

Updates could include: some sort of recognition that the payment has gone through right after I click submit. Something creative like, oh, I don't know: "payment submitted"....sorta like other apps manage to do. Also: allow me to change notification alerts within the app rather than having to do it on the desktop.

Could be so much better. Do I really have to scroll from today's date on a calendar to put in my birthdate? 5 mins to put my birthdate in. Please fix that. Also, I can see my payments and the basics of my policy but I want to see more.. like all the specifics. It doesn't even show if I have term or whole ins. 😕 Just the payment dates and amount of coverage. This app could be soo much better. And yes, I have the latest version.
