Ratings and reviews

It is truly frustrating when you have to subscribe to such a big telecom provider but not able to use their website or mobile application because they do not support the English language. We are missing so many good opportunities that Türk Telekom offers and are facing difficulties translating everything so we can try to understand our accounts.

Unusable. Literally unusable. Can't even get on the app let alone search for what I want. Full of Ad slop. Awful service.

if you're a foreigner don't get turk telecom it's take 30 min everytime to get a package. the worse app in the word

What’s new

In our new release, our mobile customers can easily manage their international line settings and packages from a single menu. Our home internet customers can save their card information and complete payment transactions faster and easier.
