Ratings and reviews

I am satisfied with this app overall, it provides enough useful information and functionality for my needs. As mentioned by many others, an English language option would be greatly appreciated. My Turkish knowledge is improving but I struggle with the technical terms (for example in the subscription details). I am glad that the play store page provides English descriptions and there is customer support available in English as well. Would be 5 stars for me with the English language feature.

English language support would be very much useful to understand the features of this app and to properly use it. In addition, bank virtual cards can't be used to buy fiks package, please consider this... without language support it is difficult to buy this package as the fields are not so clear and help is unavailable...👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

NO CUSTOMER SERVİCE! for months I've been trying to reach them but nobody ever works as an operator i guess because the bot hangs up on me whenever i try to call them. I reached them only once and we've been their customers for 10 years now. we can't use our home int FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. this has been going on for a year! that one time i reached them they told me that there was a fixing issue(!) apparently and it would be back in a week. my phone int doesn't work anymore either. i give up.

In our new release, you can switch from physical SIM to eSIM for mobile lines and create new eSIM profiles as needed.
